Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are your seminars good in my state:

Our seminars are all approved for the states of Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois*, Iowa, Kansas, Maine*, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York (12 hours), North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina*, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, and Wyoming.  Hours accepted via webinar vary by state, just shoot an email or text and we will let you know for your state.  For our Canadian docs, we are approved in Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario.

*IL, ME, and SC only count our courses as 13 hours because they make their docs do an extra 10 minutes for every CE hour compared to all the other states.

  • I was wondering if the TBCE allowed Chiro21 live webinars to cover all of a year's continuing education requirements? I thought there was a rule that only 10 hrs per yr could be online courses?

Starting in 2017 the TBCE decided that a live webinar is equivalent to a seminar attended in person.  Our seminars have been explicitly approved by the TBCE as a live webinar.  This gives you the option of attending all your Texas CE hours at home.  I know, it's new and exciting!  No more traveling for seminars and sitting in a hotel conference room all day.

  • Do I have to talk or use a webcam or microphone during the webinar?

Nope.  The only person speaking live is the webinar presenter who will also have a live webcam running.  You can ask questions and participate in the chat boxes available.  Unfortunately, if all the attendees had audio and webcam running the bandwidth would get destroyed and the entire experience would be awful.

  • Will this work on my PC/Mac/Ipad/Iphone/Android Device?

Yes, the course is presented through the adobe connect platform.  We chose this platform because it works on all these devices and allows you to switch between any devices while the seminar is going.  This gives you more flexibility in where you can attend the courses in case you have to drive.

  • How soon after the course can I renew my Texas License?

You can renew your license the next day.  Since the courses are approved through the TBCE you can renew immediately after completing the course.  We even send you an email with a link to the TBCE online renewal page to make it easier for you!

  • What do I need to do to get my continuing education attendance/completion certificate?

Nothing at all!  Once you are registered for the webinar through adobe connect we have all the information we need to get your credits submitted to the appropriate state boards.  Your CE certificate will be mailed to you from our co-sponsor Life Chiropractic College West.  This typically arrives about a week after the seminar is completed at whichever addresss you provided.
